Premium SD Fabric

Premium SD fabric is a solution-dyed fabric.

Solution-dyed fabrics have had colour mixed into the raw materials when the thread is being manufactured early in the process (so the entire thread is dyed) and therefore they hold their colour longer.  In constrast, traditional dyeing only has colour added after production which only dyes the outer layer and is therefore more likely to fade faster from sunlight.  Traditional dyeing also uses large amounts of water and chemicals.

Premium SD fabric:

• Is a woven polyester
• Is Water Repellent with a rating of 1200mm from a polyurethane (PU) coating
• Is not breathable

Premium SD is available in a range of colours.

Covers made with Premium SD have joins bound internally and are topstitched. They come standard with a hard wearing webbing binding to the bottom hem, and clip-on straps.

Premium SD features a 1200mm water repellency rating due to its polyurethane (PU) coating.

Custom Covers warrants the manufacturing and workmanship of covers made with Premium SD for 1 Year.

Premium SD fabric comes with a 1 Year Warranty.
