Custom Covers Australia (“Custom Covers”) manufacturers covers for customers all over Australia and New Zealand. We work solely from photos and measurements provided by our customers, where customers are unable to attend our site premises in SE Qld personally.

Job Process

Pricing and Quotations

We price our covers based on the exterior length of your vehicle’s body or component, or size and coverage required of your furniture/equipment.

Wherever possible, we prefer to see photos of the item we are making the cover for, for the purposes of factoring in shaping as necessary.

When providing you with a quote, we will offer various options in a selection of our available fabrics and colours. We can send fabric samples, if you request them.

When you accept a quote, we ask that you notify us of your fabric and colour choice, whereby we will send you an invoice that requires either partial or full payment, before manufacturing commences.

Deposit payment

For your order to commence into production, we require a 45% deposit paid up front.

Confirming your measurements

Once we have received your deposit, our pattern maker will review the information for your cover/s. We will ‘mark up’ your photos with your item measurements and indicate any further measurements we require from you.

Importantly, we ask that you only measure the exact dimensions of your item (i.e. do not measure any extra as our team will add necessary clearances).

If you have any questions, we will answer them while confirming the measurements.

Please note: If you produce photos at this stage that demonstrate aspects to the pattern required that we were not aware of which will require a pattern change, or add labour or materials to the job, and/or request complex shaping, extra straps, extra zips, etc, associated costs will be added to your invoice.


After confirming your measurements with you, we will send your job into production.

When your cover is complete, we will contact you for payment of the final balance.

No covers will be sent without full payment being received.


We will dispatch your order as soon as final payment is received. You will be provided with tracking details.

Custom Covers cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items in transit. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.

Workmanship Guarantee

Custom Covers will fix any cover totally at our cost that has not been made to the measurements or details provided to us, or any covers that have faulty workmanship.
